    Yes.

    On or before Oct 5 each year a statement of pupil enrollment must be filed including students enrolled on the last school day in September. The Department of Education has a proscribed form HERE.

    Yes.

    The Delaware Department of Education requires  end of year attendance information be reported on the form located HERE  on or before July 31.

    Delaware also has a Multi-Family homeschool option. Requirements are the same with the exception of having a designated person to act as liaison with the local schooln district.
